The U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), Program Manager for Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) has a requirement to develop and maintain curriculum products and execute Operator and Maintainer New Equipment Training (NET) during fielding for systems under the Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Marine Air Defense Integrated Systems (MADIS) portfolio. The Contractor shall provide training support, which includes training program management, conducting analysis, and developing course design. Course design shall include training materials development, implementation, course evaluation, and updates using Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model and adult instructional system design approach. Upon completion of fielding (estimated FY28), the MADIS Family of Systems (FoS) Operator and Maintainer NET packages shall be finalized with any remaining corrections and updates for Government acceptance.
