Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to: Hexagon US Federal, Inc., 301 Cochran Rd , Huntsville, AL, 35824-1109 . The proposed contract action is for the Consolidated Emergency Response System (CERS) Information Technology Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) in support of First Response dispatching. Hexagon’s proprietary I/CAD software is the only approved Marine Corps CERS 2.0 design. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513; the business size standard is $30,000,000.
