The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) is seeking information from sources that are interested in being a prime contractor to provide support services for the Marine Corps Portfolio Manager (PfM), Supporting Establishment Systems (SES), Program Manager (PM) Applications (APPS) office. PM APPS’s mission is to develop, sustain and transition applications that support the Marine Corps’ vision, strategy, mission and goals through efficient and effective delivery of applications to the warfighter, leveraging new technologies. PM APPS is seeking Contractor services in Program Management, Logistics, Technical, Technical Editing and Writing, System Engineering, Configuration Management, Architecture, Requirement Management, Test and Evaluation, Cybersecurity, and Manpower, Personnel and Training. These services are for the four (4) acquisition teams: Headquarters Marine Corps Sustainment and Training (HQST); Marine Corps Managed Services Organization (MCMSO); Manpower and Recruiting (MPR); and Warfighting, Planning, and Analysis (WPA). These four (4) acquisition teams manage 20 major programs and one (1) service organization. The teams consists of a Product Manager (PdM), Project Officers/Leads (PO), and Government personnel from the following acquisition competencies: program management, logistics management, system engineering, finance management and cybersecurity management.
