The USMC is in need of support for analysis of force design, policy and doctrine changes on TECOM support to Home Station Training; collecting, cataloging, updating and informing units of training requirements, training resource information; training plan development; training/exercise design processes and scenario/background, exercise control, and evaluation documents to assist units in developing realistic training opportunities and reinforcing operational planning and Unit Training Management (UTM) skills.
