Update (7/23/2020): A finalized Q&A sheet containing the Government's responses has been added to the attachments below. PURPOSE OF THIS RFI The Marine Corps Rapid Capabilities Office (MCRCO) plans to investigate Advanced Unattended Ground Sensor (AUGS) technologies for potential integration into the Tactical Remote Sensor Systems (TRSS). Capabilities of interest include Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS), expanded range, encrypted communications, and mesh networking. Additional AUGS capabilities of interest are enhanced automated data collection & processing to aid in RECON missions. The intent is to gather information on commercially available AUGS systems capable of interfacing with TRSS for market research purposes. This RFI is used to further explore previously identified sources, identify any additional sources, as well as solicit information regarding possible procurement strategies.
