Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager, Ammunition is conducting market research to determine industry capabilities in providing approximately 5,000 linked XM950 30x113mm percussion-fired Training/Practice Cartridges; and approximately 1600 linked XM1198 30x113mm percussion-fired High Explosive Dual Purpose – Self Destruct Cartridges. The percussion-fired XM950 Training/Practice Cartridge is converted from the original electrically-primed 30x113mm DoDIC B118. The ammunition is required in the May 2020 timeframe. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 332993. All contractors who provide goods / services to the DoD must be registered in System for Award Management, www.sam.gov.
