To provide the Marine Corps with inclusive Concept of Operation (CONOPS), CBAs, ICDs and an Implementation Plan (CBM+ only) with exacting requirements that describes the CBM+ and VE portfolios. The analyses shall identify maintenance and visual enhancement capabilities, and tasks required to support USMC force readiness and awareness. The contractor must have the capability to derive the operational conditions from approved Joint tasks (if any), Marine Corps tasks, and CONOPS linked to appropriate strategic documents (if any). This includes definition of materiel capability requirements within similar families (groups) of USMC sustainment efforts. These may include current CBM+ and VE portfolio initiatives, concepts, policies and associated collateral equipment and hardware, its operating software and emerging technologies; or updated groupings to conform to developing concepts in other Services and industry. The content and types of systems within the CBM+ and VE portfolio will be coordinated with the Sponsor.
