This Request for Information (RFI) is the continuation of market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The information provided herein is for information only and is intended to stimulate communication with industry in order to assess market potential. No solicitation document exists at this time. This RFI constitutes market research to help the Program Manager, Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting (PM AC2SN), formulate an acquisition plan/strategy to obtain contractor services for portfolio training product support for its mission requirements. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the effort required to analyze, develop, design, deliver, support and manage training products for the PM AC2SN portfolio. It includes associated subject matter expertise (SME) and program management requirements to support this effort. Travel outside the local region and outside the continental United States (CONUS) is anticipated to support this requirement. Please see the attached documents for the RFI response instructions.
