The Government awarded a sole source contract to Spectro Scientific. This requirement was awarded in accordance with the authority of 10 USC § 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
