Can you clarify if this RFI is looking for a complete Human Capital Management SaaS solution to replace the current HR system or is it looking for just a tool to automate the PD creation/management process? Do you currently use DCPDS as the source HR system? We are just looking for a tool to automate the PD creation/management process. 2. Can companies from Outside USA can apply for this? 2.a Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? Each vendor will need to articulate their organizational functionality. Provide an explanation on how training would take place for 5000 plus users remotely. 3. We understand the USMC is looking for a comprehensive automated HR system, in particular for Position Description development and classification actions. Is the USMC looking for such a system that has already been developed, or to fund the development of the program/system? The Government is looking for an already developed system. 4. There is a requirement in the RFI to be CMMI Level III in software development. Is the requirement for the Prime or the team as a whole? The requirement will be for the team as a whole to be CMMI Level III certified. 5. Does this imply we have to have the software solution developed within 30 days? The RFI states: "An automated tool is required to facilitate supervisors' and commanders' development and classification of position descriptions compliant with OPM standards that meet all requirements as identified below."
