Program Manager - Training Systems (PM TRASYS), Marine Corps Systems Command Industry Day In Support Of Upcoming Ground Training Systems Support (GTSS) OCONUS Procurement NAICS Code - 541330 PM TRASYS is conducting an Industry Day to identify interested industry sources capable of meeting requirements to perform Ground Training Systems Support (GTSS) OCONUS. The anticipated acquisition strategy for this GTSS OCONUS requirement is a small business set aside action under a FAR 16.5 competition via the Seaport-E Multiple Award indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity vehicle. Industry Day provides industry the opportunity to better understand the performance requirements tied to the forthcoming GTSS OCONUS procurement. The GTSS OCONUS Task Order has an anticipated performance period of one year followed by two one-year option periods (under FAR Clause 52.217-9). PM TRASYS expects to issue the RFP in the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2019 with award issued during the summer of 2019. Please note DBIDS enrollment is mandatory to gain access to installations. DBIDS instructions are provided as an attachment to this announcement. No phone calls will be accepted. Please submit any questions concerning the registration to Mr. Alvaro Pineda via email as well. A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) INDIVIDUALS FROM EACH VENDOR MAY ATTEND THE INDUSTRY DAY. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO ARE PROHIBITED ON-SITE. Registration information required includes •· a list of names, •· company name, and •· driver's license number of each participant ((may be provided via fax, phone or encrypted email. Fax and phone available upon request), •· License plate number of vehicle(s) to come on base. If rental car, please provide the information as soon as possible. Each person must have a valid ID (Example: Passport, Driver License (driver's license must be Real ID)). Once submitted, no substitutes will be allowed. Any non CAC-holding contractors not in DBIDS or have not pre-enrolled in DBIDS need to do so as well so they can provide a DBIDS ID number TRANSPORTATION FOR INDUSTRY DAY We will be traveling as a convoy, transportation will not be provided by the Government. You must have a 4x4 vehicle to travel down range. Note: An all-wheel drive vehicle is not considered a 4x4 vehicle by the Range Safety officer and will not be allowed access to the ranges. SAFETY: All contractors will receive applicable safety rules and regulations by base personnel prior to accessing the ranges. Contractors are not to interfere or interrupt Units training on some of the ranges. Due to extreme heat, and site walking requirements, we suggest that personnel attending bring snacks, have plenty of water available and wear appropriate safety shoes and eye protection. QUESTIONS Potential offerors may submit their questions or request for additional information during the site visit. All questions answered during Industry Day will be recorded and distributed via an update to this posting. Questions may also be submitted post industry day to alvaro.l.pineda@usmc.mil after completion of the site visit. Similarly, answers to questions submitted post-Industry Day will be distributed via an update to this posting. In both instances, please be advised that the Government has the absolute discretion to answer any question that it receives, and the Government is not obligated to answer any question. Moreover, no proprietary questions will be considered. SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS An information package comprised of a brief overview of the ranges and equipment will be provided to each group of attendees. Further, this Industry Day notice will be updated with additional draft documentation as it becomes available, to include a Draft PWS and Draft Appendices.
