Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section F and to revise the Performance Specification (PSpec). Section F - Deliveries or Performance, SCHEDULE PLANNING is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: SCHEDULE PLANNING: Monthly Rate of Production: After successful Production Qualification Testing (PQT), a minimum production rate of 30 combined units per month to be delivered commencing 90 days after execution of each delivery order, if not specified otherwise on each individual delivery order. Production CLINs include 0101, 0102, 0103, 0201, 0202, 0203, 0301, 0302, 0303, 0401, 0402, and 0403. The Contractor shall notify the Government in writing within 10 days if any anticipated or projected work stoppages or delays that will affect schedules. The PSpec dated 31 May 2018 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with PSpec Revision 1.0 dated 25 January 2019. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), has a requirement for the design, engineering development, fabrication, developmental testing, production, and deployment of Intelligent Power Distribution (IPD) panels used to support the Intelligent Power Management System (IPMS). This procurement will be conducted as a total small business set aside using NAICS code 221122, Electric Power Distribution. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This procurement is a FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation requirement, which will be evaluated utilizing the Best Value Continuum method.
