The Marine C... Announcement Number - M67854-19-I-7414 This Request for Information (RFI) has been amended from the initial draft documentation package. The current document package is marked Revision 1. The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) is soliciting emerging and mature technologies from industry and academia to participate in the Dense Urban Operations Limited Objective Experiment (DUO LOE) 2019. The DUO LOE is a progressive series of experiments conducted between August 2019 and August 2023. The first experiment will be held August 1-30, 2019, at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) in Indiana. The experiment provides warfighters the opportunity to assess the operational utility of emerging technologies and engineering innovations that improve the human dimension application for sensing, speed of decision/action and lethality in dense urban environments. The objective of the experiment is to provide technology enhancements that support the Marine Rifle Company and its subordinate elements, with the focus on the warfighters who engage in close combat. Based on the results of the technical and operational assessments from the August experiment, participants may be invited to participate in future DUO experiments which will progress through more complex scenarios and environments.
