Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) in support of the Fly Away Broadcast System (FABS) Program Office (PO) is seeking information regarding industry's capability to produce FABS units. FABS is an Radio Frequency (RF) broadcast system designed for use by the Military Information Support Operations (MISO) community to influence the thoughts and actions of target audiences overseas. The system has three variants: Heavy, Medium, and Light. FABS Heavy has the National Stock Number (NSN) 5820-01-656-2880; the Medium and Light variants are still in development and do not have assigned NSNs. The Government possesses a Technical Data Package (TDP) for the system and, should the Government elect to issue an RFP in the future, will provide a copy of the TDP to offerors at that time.
