Emergency Lighting and Siren Systems
The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) requires commercial emergency lighting and acoustic siren systems for designated fleet vehicles, with equipment that must meet all salient characteristics in Exhibit A. Quotes must include FOB Destination pricing for delivery to Okinawa, Japan, or alternatively to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, CA if direct delivery to Japan cannot be supported. The solicitation has been amended twice, so offerors must review the latest amended solicitation, Q&A attachments, and updated shipping instructions. Compliance with FAR provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 is required for formatting, technical submission, and evaluation criteria; non-conformance may result in exclusion from evaluation.
