This opportunity provides off-site calibration services for Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) supporting the 3D Medical Logistics Company’s Biomedical Equipment Department, split into NIST-traceable and OEM-authorized calibration tiers. Services will be performed at the contractor’s facility, with the contractor responsible for all shipping; equipment is returned to Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. The contract includes one 12-month base year plus three 12-month option years, with two calibration cycles per year, initial service due within 60 days of award, final service 6 months later, and a 60-day turnaround for each unit.
