A contractor is sought to provide off-site Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration services supporting the 3D Medical Logistics Company Biomedical Equipment Department, performed at the contractor’s facility with full shipping responsibility. Work includes Tier 1 NIST-traceable calibration at an accredited laboratory and Tier 2 OEM-authorized calibration with proprietary software integration. Equipment will be returned to Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, with two calibration cycles per year, initial service within 60 days of contract award, final service six months later, and a 60-day turnaround. The contract consists of a 12-month base year and three 12-month option years, covering September 2026 through September 2030. Offerors must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and relevant past performance information demonstrating similar scope and complexity.
