This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government anticipates awarding Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) supply contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. CLIN 0001 will be Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustmnet (FP-EPA). Anticipated itesm are as follows; CLIN 0001 - 50kg Cylinder Propane Gas CLIN 0002 - Delivry Charge Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from beta.SAM.gov at https://beta.sam.gov/ when it becomes available. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 and Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20210603. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
