This is a synopsis pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 562112 – Recycling of Spent Light Bulbs Services 2. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price Contract to the responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. Anticipated items are as follows: One (1) base year and two (2) option years. Recycling of Spent Light Bulbs Services 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 201906 28. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://asia.neco.navy.mil. 6. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM prior to the closing date of the solicitation and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7.
