This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 811310 – Boathouse Small Craft Operations and Preventative Maintenance Services The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price Contract to the responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies deemed the most advantageous for the Government. Anticipated items are as follows: One (1) base year and two (2) option years. Boathouse Small Craft Operations and Preventative Maintenance Services Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from beta.SAM.gov at https://beta.sam.gov when it becomes available. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20190926. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. Offerors must be registered with the beta System for Award Management (beta.SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the beta.SAM Internet address is: https://beta.sam.gov/. Offerors must have an active registration in beta.SAM prior to the closing date of the solicitation and must have active Representations and Certifications in beta.SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. The information being requested does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal or a commitment on the part of the Government to award a Contract or to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
