This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M6740021Q0006 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 05Jan2021. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01 and DPN 20201123. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 336212. This procurement constitutes Item 0001, 0002 and 0003. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN Descriptions Qty Unit of Issue 0001 Semi Reefer Trailer 2 Each 0002 Semi Trailer Flat bed 4 Each 0003 Truck 4 Each The Government may make single award to a responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.betaSAM.gov/ under solicitation M6740021Q0006. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Quoters can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D.
