1. This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 336111 - Automobile Manufacturing. 2. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order(s) to the responsibel offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government. The Goernment reserves the right to award to one or more companies deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. Anticipated items are as follows: CLIN0001 - Mini-bus, 33-40 Pass, 4x2, right hand drive for operation in Japan Delivery: Okinawa, Japan QTY: 3 CLIN0002 - Single Decker Bus, 50-59 Pass, 4x2, right hand drive for operation in Japan Delivery: Okinawa, Japan QTY: 4 CLIN0003 - Single Decker Bus, 60-69 Pass, 4x2, right hand drive for operation in Japan Delivery: Okinawa, Japan QTY: 3 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from beta.SAM gov at https://beta/sam/gov/ when it becomes available. The solicitation document and incorporated providisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20190926. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. 6. Offerors must be resigtered with the beta System for Award Management (beta.SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the beta.SAM Internet address is: https//beta.sam.gov/. Offerors must have an active registration in beta.SAM prior to the closing data of the solicitation and must have active REpresentations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7. The information being requessted does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal or a commitment on the part of the Goernment to awar a Contract or to pay for any costs incurred a result in replying to this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
