Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-20-Q-0105 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 07 Aug 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 and DPN 20200605. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 33120. The Government’s requirements are for the procurement of the acquisition of the following types of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) in support of G-4, Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME), located at Camp Foster, Okinawa-prefecture, Japan: CLIN 0001: Aerial Boom Truck (Qty: 2) CLIN 0002: Backhoe Loader (Qty: 1) CLIN 0003: Rough Terrain Crane 25 Ton (Qty: 1) The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors (Quality/technical merit and Past Performance) considered. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.
