The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Quotes must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted quote. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M6740020Q0058. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Quotes must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
