This is a synopsis pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 327320 – Ready-Mix Concrete Manufaturing 2. The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. Anticipated items are as follows: CLIN 0001: Crushed Coral – Size 0 – 40mm CLIN 0002: Crushed Coral – Size 0 – 40mm (Option) 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 201906 28. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://asia.neco.navy.mil. 6. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM prior to the closing date of the solicitation and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7. The information being requested does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal or a commitment on the part of the Government to award a Contract or to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
