This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is M67400-19-Q-0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Public Notice (DPN) 20180928. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 811213. The required services are described below: Routine and Emergency Technical Assistance (TAS) for Nortel and Avaya Telephone Switching Equipment and associated equipment supporting voice services, to include Corian/Tellabs Dense Division Mutiplexing (DWDM) and Gigabit Passive Optical Networking (GPON) equipment installed at USMC locations throughout Japan. The MCIPAC, Regional Contracting Office intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors as stated in the attached RFQ M67400-19-Q-0010. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation also shall be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that the Contracting Office receives all required documents. After submitting offer(s), it is Offerors' responsibility to receive acknowledgment from the Government. All offers shall be in the English language and priced in US Dollars.
