The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible quoters must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) Validation unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation document is attached to this posting. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the attached document.
