MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole-source contract to Skydive Elsinore for commercial tactical training support services for Marine Corps personnel. The scope includes CARB-approved aircraft configured for HAHO/HALO rear-ramp operations up to 14,000 feet AGL, secure climate-controlled classroom/storage space of at least 2,000 sq ft, shaded parachute packing areas with rubber matting, restrooms, and overnight billeting for up to 35 personnel. It also includes certified drop zone liaisons and FAA-certified parachute rigging/packing services. The anticipated period of performance is 28 November to 18 December 2026 in Lake Elsinore, California.
