The U.S. Marine Corps Installation Pacific Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Tier 1 Group for advanced tactical medical training using live tissue models. The training will sustain and enhance Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Advanced Combat Tactical Trauma Care skills, and requires vendor approval from the Training and Education Command. Interested responsible sources may submit a Technical Capability Statement demonstrating schedule alignment, TECOM authorization, AAALAC accreditation, USDA compliance, qualified instructors, proximity to an emergency room, and lodging support for up to 30 students. Performance is anticipated from September 14 to September 18, 2026. The place of performance is the contractor’s facility in the Continental United States.
