This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Part 13.5 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is M67400-25-Q-1001.The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed type contract as a result of this solicitation. Offerors shall submit their response to this RFQ no later than 5 February 2025 at 08:00 (JST). All questions shall be submitted no later than 31 January 2025 at 08:00 (JST), any questions received after this date will not be addressed. Vendors must complete the attached documents and provide a techincal description when submitting thier quotes.
