The Government requires Mattress Disposal at Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) Camp Fuji. This contract's performance period will be from 15 August 2025 to 15 October 2025. Contractors' questions to this solicitation shall be submitted by 25 July 2025 at 1100 JST; contractors shall have their quotes submitted by 1 August 2025 at 1100 JST. Contractors shall fill out the RFQ Cover Sheet and SF-1449 and submit it with their response to this solicitation. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for additional details. ----------------------------------- 31 July 2025 An amendment to this solicitation has been created. Please see the newly attached file SF30 M67400-25-Q-38 0001 which includes the extension of the solicitation and the answers for the questions provided during the Q&A period. This solicitation has been extended from 1 Aug 2025 1100 JST to 8 Aug 2025 1100 JST. Contractors shall have their quotes submitted by 8 August 2025 at 1100 JST.
