This is just a reminder : See ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Quote must be submitted as indicated: Technical. The quoter shall submit a certification or an equivalent document that the vendor provides OEM Pierce. Price Proposal. Quoters shall submit, at a minimum, the following information in the price quotation in accordance with the Governments desired pricing terms and conditions. A current listing of Government vehicles is provided as Attachment I for reference. Pricing: Quoters shall complete and submit Attachment II in Excell sheet; the list of Manufacturers’ vehicle parts required to be supplied under this BPA. Pricing terms and conditions: Quoters shall submit their best pricing, terms, and conditions as follows. Quoters shall state in its offer the warranty period / terms; the vehicle parts shall be warranted for a minimum of 90 days after the acceptance of the parts. Quoters may submit for consideration, alternate conditions to the Government. Note: Quoters must have the capability and capacity to provide all vehicle parts. If capability or capacity is found lacking, the Quoter may be determined non-responsive. (3) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically); Reps/certs completed electronically and registered as current via SAM per 52.212-3(b) need not be re-submitted. Amendment 1 M67400-24-Q-0088-0001 The purpose of this amendment is to add Q&A and update a vehicle list. The government intends to establish BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA’s). This is a REQUEST FOR Pricing for BPA’s. The contractor shall provide vehicle parts listed on parts list of BPAs, Attachment II Parts list in support of Motor Transport Branches on Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC)-MCB Camp Butler, Okinawa, and Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) Camp Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan. If and when, requested by the contracting officer in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein. Contractors, upon call, will provide the requested items at the area delivery locations identified.
