The contractor shall provide a quote for 3 light guns. This requirement is for Brand Name or Equal Part Number: TP-L20-V1-K2 for a unit in Okinawa, Japan. Minimum salient characteristics: -Small, portable, simple to use LED based Light Gun for signaling. -Must be able to be seen > 5 miles in clear daylight conditions. -Must be able to Operate on standard radio batteries or external power. -Must be Lightweight, and able to be operated for extended periods of time (<2Kg total weight). -Must have Toggle Controls for each individual color, to include red, green, and white, for each color to shine individually. -Must be able to support +12 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. -Batteries must be interchangeable and compatible with current equipment (Harris or Brentronics).
