This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice 20230322 (DPN). THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number M67400-23-Q-0068, Lease Boom Trucks with Maintenace Services shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.
