Synopsis will be as follows: A separate writtne solicitation M6740020Q0081 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after August 17, 2020. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clasues are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07. and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20200605. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. CLIN 0001: Disassembly of (40) 60x60x25 Big Top Sunshades CLIN 0002: Assembly and Installation of (40) 60x60x28 Big Top Sunshades The Government will award the responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site https://beta.sam.gov/ under solicitation M6740020Q0081. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than 08:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
