CLIN 0001 (1001/2001): Visits for Water Treatment CLIN 0002 (1002/2002): Analysis Report for Water Treatment The Government will award the responsible Offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site https://beta.sam.gov/ under solicitation M6740020Q0072.
