NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office Butler intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis (Sole Source) to award a firm fixed price contract to Unique Communications, 1665 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89012 for Maintenance and Support Services of Configuration Account Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) Telephone Management System (TMS) in support of Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) G-6 Division. Unique Communications is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the sole designer, developer, and integrator of the CAIRS TMS software for the CAIRS TMS that is currently being used by the G-6. As a result, Unique Communications is uniquely qualified to provide the complete range of highly specialized services required to administer, maintain, manage, and monitor the CAIRS TMS program. The CAIRS TMS software is proprietary to Unique Communications, the only known firm that possesses the technical data, drawings, and specifications necessary to fulfill the Government's requirements. The CAIRS TMS contains copyrighted and proprietary material for which Unique Communications is the only vendor that can provide the SME and Maintenance Services. Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a response. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government technical representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. The requested information is due no later than 8:00AM (Local Time/Japan Time) on 29 Aug 2019 and can be provided to MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office Butler, Attn: Minako Chinen (at minako.chinen.ja@usmc.mil). This notice is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute an invitation for bid or a request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
