This notice does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Responses to this notice will assist in identifying capable small business sources that can meet the technical requirements for a potential brand name or equal equipment purchase. Description of Requirement: The Government is seeking sources capable of providing a container-mounted run flat tire machine system, brand name or equal to the GM-098. This requirement is for the procurement of a complete, single-unit system, including: A run flat tire machine system mounted inside a 20-foot air-conditioned shipping container Integrated 500 kg lifting system Ring and rim removal capability Run flat insert disassembly and assembly Centralized controller unit Full electrical distribution system installed to support operations within the container Delivery, installation, testing, and training for tire shop personnel The Government is seeking to determine the availability of qualified small business sources capable of meeting this requirement. Responses from all small business concerns are requested, including but not limited to: Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Minimum Technical Requirement: The equipment must meet or exceed the capabilities of the GM-098 run flat tire machine system (brand name or equal). Requested Response Information: Interested small business vendors should submit a capability package that includes: Company name, address, DUNS/CAGE code, and point of contact Business size and socio-economic classification Capability statement addressing your ability to meet the technical requirements (including brand name or equal compatibility) Relevant past performance with similar equipment or installations A quote or rough order of magnitude (ROM) for budgeting purposes
