Complete uninstall of all unauthorized legacy Secure Video Tele-Conferencing (SVTC) equipment, in eight separate rooms to then be replaced with authorized Cisco devices, capable of operating on MCEN-S and interfacing with our existing audio-visual equipment and all equipment programmed and validated. The overall objective of this project is to enable MAWTS-1 to provide thorough and comprehensive fleet support through the use of Secure Video Tele-Conferencing (SVTCs) in several rooms integral to planning and coordination. Tasks 1: To fulfill the capability requirements of the below equipment for each respective room, ensuring each device is capable of receiving and hosting SVTC calls and integrating with preexisting audio-visual equipment. Task 2: Heritage Room- Webex Codec EQ (CS-KIT-EQ-4KNRK9++), Wall Mount kit (CSCODEC- EQ-RCK=), multisite license (L-KITEQ-MS), Cisco Table Microphone (CS-MICTABLE- E & CS-MIC-EXT-E), Cisco Project Pack (RC5-CW4-KS). Task 3: Commanding Officer (CO) Conference Room- Webex Codec EQ (CS-KIT-EQ- 4KNRK9++), multisite license (L-KITEQ-MS), (2) Cisco Table Microphones (CS-MIC-TABLEE & CS-MIC-EXT-E), Cisco Project Pack (RC5-CW4-KS). Task 4: Library Room- Webex Codec EQ (CS-KIT-EQ-4KNRK9++), Wall Mount kit (CSCODEC- EQ-RCK=), multisite license (L-KITEQ-MS), Cisco Table Microphone (CS-MICTABLE- E & CS-MIC-EXT-E), Cisco Project Pack (RC5-CW4-KS).
