Solicitation: M67399-19-Q-0038 Agency/Office: MARINE CORPS MOUNTAIN WARFARE TRAINING CENTER BRIDGEPORT, CA 93517 Title: Information Operations (IO) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Service SOLICITATION: This presolicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The presolicitation will be advertised is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is M67399-19-Q-0038. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code: 611710 size standard $15million. The government contemplates a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) under FAR Subpart 13.5 -Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, with a period of performance of one (1) base year and two (2) 12 month option periods with a possible six month extension (FAR Clause 52.219-8) . Anticipated award date: 31 July 2019. QUOTES: Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (930 a.m. PST) on July 30, 2019. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). BASIS FOR AWARD: The competition is WOSB set-aside. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible quoter who provides the best value to the Government. Evaluations and consideration will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable, past performance and technical qualification criteria (see attached Sol# M67399-19-Q-0038). The Government intends to issue an FFP contract with Base + 2 Option years. The Government reserves the right not to award if it is determined not to be in best interest of the Government.
