*ANSWERS TO GENERAL QUESTIONS* *In order to be fair and equitable with the dissemination of information please see reply below to general questions on Solicitation No. M67399-19-Q-0018. Per the requiring activity this is not construction. The tank inspection & servicing requires only incidental labor to access septic tanks. QUESTION #1 (per Solicitation) Will pumping service providers (or sub-contractor) need to be paid prevailing wage? Ans-Please see on solicitation M67399-19-Q-0018 (page 33 of 42) the wage determination, clauses 52.212-5 (c) , 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 52.222-55 and 52.222-62. QUESTION #2 Will we need to provide water tenders (water trucks) or will water be provided at the sites? Water is required to successfully pump septic tanks. Ans-CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE WATER TENDER IF REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS. QUESTION #3 Ranges will require access to the Septic Tanks. These range septic tanks are surrounded with chain link fences. Should we substantially remove all the blown in sand and bushes that have overtaken the area of work. Dispose of the same On or Off Site? Ans- CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE VEGETATION AND SAND AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE INSPECTION. DISPOSAL OF SAND AND BRUSH ON-SITE IS ACCEPTABLE. *Pictures provided upon request* QUESTION #4 (Requiring Act)/PWS (6 of 42) para 5.1 (d) Can you provide any record drawings indicating location of the Septic Tank for Bldg. #2236?
