The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment for intermediate and depot level repair, including system alterations, in accordance with the PWS and contract terms. Offerors must sign and return the attached SF 1449 with all fill-in provisions and clauses along with their proposal. Proposal package requirements and submission instructions are detailed in Attachment 1, Section L.
