Column E is annotated as “Unit Price” and Column F as “Total”. ALL cells need to be populated for ALL four (4) Ordering Periods. To clarify, Unit Price and Total value are required in the four (4) Ordering Periods. The Ordering Periods and associated cells in question are as follows: Ordering Period Spreadsheet Cells 1 81E & 81F 2 79E & 79F 3 81E & 81F 4 81E & 81F 12/10/2020: Amendment 0003 posted (see attached) This amendment accomplishes the following: 1) Extends Closing Date/Time from 12/10/2020 @ 4:00 pm EST to 12/14/2020 @ 2:00pm EST. 2) Attachment 10 - Remove "Schedule of Rates - 11252020" and Replace with "Schedule of Rates - 12092020". Schedule V has been added to each ordering period. Note, there is NO Schedule IV.
