This procurement requirement is to purchase an Industrial Heated Ultrasonic cleaning system with automatic transfer system for the Small Arms Shop, of Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC), Production Plant Albany (PPA). The Industrial strength heated ultrasonic cleaning system for this purchase requirement will replace the two (2) small cleaning vats. The ultrasonic cleaning system will be used to clean weapons and weapons components and less labor intensive and more efficient than the current process used to clean weapons parts. The Ultrasonic cleaning system will have basket transfer capabilities. It will be able to clean two (2) racks of 50M16’s (36x36x48), 2 racks of 12/13 each 50 cal machine guns (36x36x56) @ (2236lbs) or 15-30 each M240’s at a time. The machine and accessories must fit through an access door with 12ft width and 14 ft. height.
