The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1940) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to Comet Technologies, (dba) Yxlon International (CAGE 1EZR4), of Hudson, OH for the commercial service described below (see attached Justification and Approval). State and Federal regulations, and the specialized repairs needed for this government owned system require that the work be performed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. (1) National Stock Number - None (2) Specification / Qualification - CLIN 0001 On-Site Maintenance / Service of YXLON International X-Ray system; Model: MG452, Sn: 60-2708 (Qty 1). Location - aboard Marine Corps Logistics Command's Maintenance Center in Barstow, CA. The contract period of performance will be one year with three, one-year options.
