The Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM), Contracts Department, Albany, Georgia, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole-source basis to Trijicon, Inc., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), located at 49385 Shafer Avenue, Wixom, MI 48393-2869 (CAGE Code: 0FL29). This action is being pursued in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Trijicon, Inc. possesses proprietary data and access to original components necessary to meet the Government's technical requirements. The Government does not possess sufficient, accurate, or manufacturer-specific technical data to effectively solicit this requirement through full and open competition without the involvement of the OEM. No formal solicitation will be issued through this portal. The contemplated contract will support the following items: CLIN 0001 – Remanufacture of Rifle Combat Optic A4 NSN: 1240-01-525-1648/ A4 ID Number: 11064A Period of Performance: Base period of 12 months with four (4) one-year ordering periods. CLIN 0002 – Remanufacture and Conversion of Rifle Combat Optic M4 to Rifle Combat Optic M7 From NSN: 1240-01-534-1114 / ID Number: 11064B/ M4 To NSN: 1240-01-645-3117 / ID Number: 11064C/ M7 All M7 optics under this CLIN will be remanufactured. Period of Performance: Base period of 12 months with four (4) one-year ordering periods. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 333310 Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Delivery schedule is requested. FOB Destination pricing is preferred. Ship to information will be provided. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. The Government will consider all capability statements or responses received from interested sources prior to the closing date of this notice. Participation is strictly voluntary, and the Government will not reimburse respondents for any information submitted. Submissions must be supported with sufficient detail to allow the Government to evaluate an offeror's capability to meet the requirement without Government-furnished technical data.
