This is a sources sought requesting capabilities statements based off the attached draft performance work statement. Additionally, Please provide comments/suggestions/questions for the attached draft PWS for the upcoming Logistics Integration Services (LIS) contract for Marine Corps Logistics Command. Due to the current economic situation and the continued need to maintain legacy equipment is it feasible to have established pricing for the entire contract or to negotiate revised pricing on a yearly basis? The current contract is for Remanufacture/Overhaul/Repair (ROR) with over and above costs. For the follow-on contract we are contemplating Remanufacture and Overhaul only. What would the impact be to price and turn-around-time for Remanufacture and Overhaul vice ROR with over and above?
