Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1940) intends to solicit and award a contract on a sole-source basis to Bright Lights, USA (dba BLUSA Defense Manufacturing CAGE 0RMF7) for the commercial part described below. This part tests Shoulder-Fired Multipurpose Assault Weapon Trigger Systems. No substitution is authorized. The Government does not possess the specifications, sufficient data, expertise to manufacturer parts (see attached Justification).
