PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Labview Multi-IDE Bundle Standard Service Program 1. Background or Scope: Production Plant Albany (PPA) has a requirement to maintain previously purchased Personal Atlas Workstation (PAWS) Software Source for the Test Program Set Development System (TPSDS). 2. Description of services to be procured: This is a renewal of Personal Atlas Workstation (PAWS) Software Source support for the Test Program Set Development System (TPSDS) Standard Service Program previously purchased by PPA. 3. Equipment Salient Characteristics or Specifications The required services are described below: The TMDE Division maintains Test Program Sets (TPS) for use by Marine Corps electronic equipment maintainers. The software language used for developers of TPSs is ATLAS. The current version of the ATLAS software that is under escrow by TYX is solely used by the Marine Corps. The TPSs are used on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) deployed to the Fleet Marine Force (FMF). Automatic Test Equipment such as the AN/USM-717 (V1) have the TYX run-time software installed and execute the TPSs. Keeping the TYX PAWS and run-time software in escrow enables the Marine Corps to maintain a stable release of the software. The support contract and escrow combination ensure that TYX will support the version of the software that the Marine Corps owns. Escrow License covers the following software products.
