Commercial Television Services IDIQ
The U.S. Marine Corps requires commercially available television programming and related commercial TV service for authorized Government facilities at MCB Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, and MCAS Cherry Point. The Government intends to establish a single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract through Full and Open Competition, covering NAICS 517111 and PSC DG11. Services must be delivered only through existing authorized service points and existing functional interior outlets, and the contractor must have lawful written authority to use all necessary infrastructure, facilities, programming rights, and access authorities. The requirement excludes cable-drop installation, new interior wiring, wiring repair or modification, conduit/pathways, exterior or outside-plant work, and construction of any kind; locations are non-serviceable if service cannot be provided through existing points and outlets. The acquisition is performance-based, with measures covering serviceability confirmation, authorized activation, programming delivery, outage acknowledgement and restoration, equipment accountability, invoice accuracy, and timely records submission.
