The 2d Marine Division G-6 seeks a contractor to furnish, deliver, install, integrate, program, test, and train on an upgraded, operationally integrated audio-visual system in the 2DMARDIV Auditorium, Building H1, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The effort includes all necessary A/V equipment, hardware, personnel, tools, materials, mounting and cable-management materials, local physical cabling, on-site installation, and a three-year service agreement and warranty covering a base period plus two option years. The contractor must complete delivery, installation, configuration, testing, training, and required deliverables within 150 calendar days after award so the system is ready for Government network configuration, cybersecurity authorization, and operational use. This is a total small business set-aside for commercial products with incidental installation services, with award to the responsible quoter whose conforming quote is most advantageous to the Government based on price, technical capability, and past performance.
